Parts and Warranty Coordinator

Our business is the import and sale of MEWPs (scissor lifts and boom lifts). The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and running our in-house spare parts activities which includes management of warranty claims. The job will include preparing the storage area, liaising with our HQ in China, supporting customers across Europe and ensuring a high quality service.

The position is based at our European HQ in Ridderkerk. We are looking for someone who speaks English and Dutch and has a keen eye for detail. You will report to our Senior After Sales Manager and full training will be provided, but you must be able to work on your own. Visit www.sinoboom.eu for a full role profile.
